12 Week Hypertrophy Program
This is an intermediate program where you will need access to a gym with a a squat rack or a smith machine.
What this program includes:
-12 weeks with progressions every 4 weeks that focus on hypertrophy and strength
-Five day split
-Two upper body days, two leg days, and a cardio session
-Rate of Perceived Exertion specifications and definition
