How to Lose Fat WITHOUT Counting Calories
First of all, it IS possible just by implementing one thing into your routine. 10,000 steps per day. You can burn 300 to 400 extra calories per day just by hitting that step goal. 1 pound of fat equals about 3500 calories so if you’re walking 10,000 steps per day for 12 days, you’ll have burned enough calories to lose 1 pound. Plus, you’ll gain a really great habit of making sure you’re getting some steps in!
A couple other things that will really help:
-Drink 1 liter of water a day
-Add a large salad to your diet with a low calorie dressing (it will be nutrient dense and satiating)
-Sleep 7-8 hours per night
-Include a protein source in every meal
